Fernando Salazar holds a Masters Degree in both the United States and in Peru, South America in Psychology.  Mr. Salazar is accredited as a Substance Abuse Counselor and HIV/AIDS Counselor/Educator.  He has worked in both the greater New York and New Jersey are in the field of Substance Abuse, Prevention Treatment and as a Coordinator of HIV/AIDS Health Services.
